We each see a slightly different portion of the Universe. Our focus is governed by our knowledge, passions, fears, anticipations, etc that no two people could see the totality of the Universe the same.
It's not just that we each have a different set of strengths and weaknesses, we also interact with a different set of natural phenomena in our day-to-day lives. The coming together into communities not only helps each of us be individually Excellent, it allows for more and more of the Universe to be addressed, and included in Humanity's quest to continue to live as a people. Which requires us to grow as a people.
Not just growth of each of us individually, but grow as a people, united, together, in a greater community of souls, hearts, minds, and bodies. A greater Community of Excellence.
